An Eight-Week Program Designed to Assess and Improve Business Writing Skills through Assignments and One-on-One Feedback
Goals
- Evaluate participants’ strengths and weaknesses in business writing
- Recommend resources and learning materials
- Provide assignments and examinations to monitor progress
Target Participants and Inclusions
The program is for professionals who write correspondences to external clients. Their communication style reflects the company’s image; thus, it should exude clarity, conciseness, and professionalism.
Individual participants will receive:
- A written report of areas where the participant needs improvement covering style, grammar, sentence construction, punctuation, and tone.
- Video recording of the trainer analyzing participant’s submitted work.
- Reading materials and assignments to develop skills based on the assessment.
- Written tests and results.

Mechanics for Individual Participants
1. The client will register online and settle payment through PayPal or bank deposit.
2. The instructor and participant will agree on a 1-hour weekly schedule for the coaching program.
3. The trainer will ask for e-copies of three correspondences written by participants (minimum 1,000 words).
5. The trainer will create an assessment report, including a 15-30 minute video, and forward learning resources per participant.
6. The trainer will send assignments or tests examination for the participants to accomplish.
7. Within the coaching duration, the participant may ask the trainer to check actual business correspondence required for their job (i.e., company memos, business email).
Mechanics for Corporate Clients
1. The client will request a billing invoice corresponding to the target number of participants. Please email sales@writinghacksacademy.com
2. The client will sign an agreement, settle an initial payment, and assign a 1-hour weekly schedule the participant can devote to the coaching program.
3. The trainer will ask for e-copies of three correspondences written by participants (minimum 1,000 words).

Fees
Limited time offer: Php16,000 only (20% Discount)
Clients pay me $50 or Php2,500 for one-hour consultation calls. Since I'll be spending at least an hour weekly for the coaching program, I usually charge Php20,000 for this service.

1. Do you provide refunds?
The schedule of assignment submissions or consultation calls with your coach is adjustable, as long as within the agreed 8-week duration. We do not offer a refund for this service.
2. Will the training be recorded?
We will not record the training.

4. What makes this training different from self-paced online courses on websites like Coursera or Udemy?
This is a coaching session done through emails and online calls. The trainer will also check sample email correspondences written by participants and give personalized feedback.
